Click the chart to change it. In Amber Flame, the player can have 12 different sets of simplified genetics. These include: +FAXX (canon) +FAXY +FFXX +FFXY +FXXX +FXXY +AAXX +AAXY +AFXX +AFXY +AXXX +AXXY These determine your fur color, eye color and gender. You customize this as the beginning of the game. +The first letter represents your eye color, A for your mother's and F for your father's. +The second letter represents your fur color, A for your mother's, F for your father's, and X for recessive (shared gene between your mother and father.) +The third and fourth letters represent the pup's biological gender (XX for female, XY for male) +In the "surprise me" option in the character creator, the player has a 25% chance to get an X pelt, and a 50% chance for any other trait. The fur color X (beige) was shared by both Autumn and Amber's father's grandfathers. (That's actually how I got my blue eyes, through both grandfathers passing it on through recessive genes. Both of my parents have brown eyes.)
