First things first: A rebellion in space is overwhelmingly difficult. A single planet rebellion against a multi-system nation is bound to fail. It's also unlikely that the average person has a star ship meaning orbital resistance is non-existent. Another problem is coordination. You cannot coordinate rebels with rebels on another planet without communications. I have no idea what kind of FTL communications the rebels use so I'm just going to let you tell me stream. But again: the lack of star ships for the rebels will be their downfall. Its made worse when you realize that the Voidian Cosmo Force is considered one of the most well trained, advanced, and militarily dangerous in the 2 galaxies. Made worse by GDE puppet state support. In other words: Voidia can simply lock down planets. Actually getting into space with star ships would be difficult too, a civilian freighter wouldn't have enough fuel and FTL warping while in an atmosphere is a HORRIBLE idea (atmospheric friction). Voidia as said before locks down planets with a few cruisers and then deploy specially trained commando platoons. You can argue that a platoon cant counter a full on rebellion and while that is true the true nature of the commandos is to instead capture valuable infastructre (water purification, factories, etc). This would also once again be made difficult because we cant deploy artillery or orbital support into hive cities. What we can do is use autonomous tiny vehicles. As I have said before Voidia has advanced heavily in drones and robotics which are used extensively here. To make matters worse the average platoon is heavily armed and could easily wipe out a wave of desperate rebels (made worse when we deploy robotic forces). Its also very unlikely that the rebels could use E-War to its full extent. Voidia itself has numerous E-War counter measures (including just straight up commanding the machines instead of letting be autonomous). In other words: the rebels will be starved and dehydrated forced to either surrender or do a desperate but in the end likely to fail assault.
