However, Kitmedic is despondent that he betrays the GPG Cadets, even though Neo Mecha Dashie would have vaporized him had he not, and asks the skies above him if he did the right thing. In turn, lightning strikes at him, and was stunned. With Amanda and the cadets captured by Neo Mecha Dashie, Annora rallies all the surviving GPG Officers and other allies to the command room, saying they are the only ones left to defend Earth. However, the officers and the allies are not confident that they will survive the battle, especially after Annora says their chances of victory are slim, leaving the room when given the option. However, Arcturus stops them and gives them a rousing speech that, despite the odds, he'll stay to fight for Commander Alvin, Amanda, and the cadets. This inspires the GPG officers and their allies to stay and fight against Neo Mecha Dashie. Back to where Neo Mecha Dashie is, the time has come for Operation Chaos Instinct to begin.
