The hub for the mail carriers, and the place you want to go to mail internationally. 21: The capital building, with government offices on most floors. Where some meetings are held. 22: house of congress, lots of meetings are held here. Stores history on the country. 23: the square. where army meetings and plans are held. 24: city hall for local government meetings. 25: The highly secure and guarded palace, where I reside and govern.
