They were very minor tribes, and were never really needed. Though the head of the Defenders is officially with Dagger so she's included in the Beserker Lineage. If you've seen the series and wanted a cool relationship with the Eruptadon feel free to travel over there if you're the Dagger/Mala descendant, but the Wingmaidens and Defenders are more of a legend that's only mentioned. If you are the Mala descendant any traveling there is out of RP. Extra notes, if you're a manager and are very active you're in charge of checking this project too. And even though each person can only have up to 2 characters there will be listed people who can roleplay as an unnamed character at the very bottom (These will be locked after we have at least 15 people). Also, there are only 2 people allowed to be in the lineage of the chief. Otherwise there's only one descendant from each character from the franchise. I feel like I have to clarify this, but if your dragon is a descendant of an officially named dragon you do not have to make your character a descendant. That rule was just so that we don't have 15 riders and a dragon hunter all being related to Hiccup and Astrid with Toothless and Stormfly guiding them. Everybody in Berk and Beserker Island are assumed to have a dragon, if you want to not have one put in the Rider form None for the dragon section. All the Outcasts will likely have a whispering death or some sort of dragon like that due to their terrain.
