If you're on Scratch, you might know the Fight Collab Community, a group in Scratch where people compete by remixing and putting effort into their stacks. From what I've seen so far since I joined the Fight Collab Community, everything was fine at first. But then, in late 2025, things started to get a bit more serious. For example, there was enough slop that could have ruined the platform, and yes, it did eventually stop. But the very issue that stopped that slop also caused the Fight Collab Community to die. As of now, the fight collab community is DYING Because of its discreteness. It's not too much, but If anything is posted on the fight collab community Is either ANYTHING without variable blocks or Backpack overuse, is called low effort. You can Barely remix anybody because of the "effort" rule Which makes beginners confused and they also can't Do a SINGLE Ounce of effort without trying to copy Variable to make it look like they made it. Also, by the way, If you even ask how to do fight collabs, you would Probably get a response that doesn't help at all Like for example: "Keep Coding And Improving AND Eventually, you'll get it" which means that NOBODY Who just joined the fight collab community can't do anything And being called "low effort" over and over again. Here's the thing: there are two personalities in this community—Seriousness and Unseriousness. Seriousness: Being the grumpiest and having barely GOOD expressions (probably). Unseriousness: Talking about serious situations as a joke. Making fun of situations. This is all I have, but it's basically all true based on my 10 months of experience in this community. Conclusion: the future for this community Won't be great and never will be. I will still Stay in this community, but it's got to lock the Duck IN.
