every pixel of this was made in the Scratch editor (naturally. it's a DMC on Scratch after all) at one point I was like "The STEVE am I missing?" then I looked at the ref and I had forgotten your ears. You can make this your pfp if you want. it's based off of it after all it's kinda messy if you really look, but HOLY ART SKILLS UNLEASHED (like at least 90%)
