AB Waterfront's Extension is a plan that Terran&Terran would regret, because building the extension involves demolishing 2 office towers and a hotel. Construction began in May 2020 (the demolition dates back to as early as August 2019), and the extension was completed in February 2022. It was officially inaugurated by the government of Pecungan in 12 April 2022. Instead of making Terran&Terran regret what have they done, the extension provides more space for shoppers, more outlets in this mall, and of course, more visitors as always. Inside the extension are 4 Schindler 5500 lifts with Linea Vetro indicators and Schindler NZ voices (although the voices are only on Lifts 1 and 2). By the way, the reason why i uploaded a 5500 is because on this day, exactly 13 years ago, a Schindler 5500 was discovered in the Elevator Community. A kopitiam inside the mall have a glitchy Jackson lift, which thankfully is currently out of service.
