code - @stringwo art - @stringwo characters - Cipher (deltarune oc) -- I'm trying to practice drawing more on Cipher since they're my first oc that has no outline whatsoever. that one song Butcher Vanity I want to make a animation with them with that song since it fits them perfectly but I need to figure out how to deal with no outlines first this project is basically a test that's why it has no background also js figured out it takes me an hour to draw cipher, color them in, remove the outlines or merge them, and then animate them. Great.
