Just outside the city of Beigens, Tan province, archeologists found 213 corpses dating back to the Second Invasion of Wallia in 1813. Also found were muskets, ammunition and some remains of field artillery used in the battle. The deceased were a mix of Tan and Red, so these soldiers most likely died at the Battle of Beigens, April 1813. The battle was a major battle between the Kingdom of Wallia (a Tan state largely based in what is now the Tan province, although had some territories in the Green too) and the Tsarsdom of Carpetkraine (a Red state encompassing much of the Red province.) The strategic city of Beigens was a vital target as it was Wallia's last holdout between Crisky's Red Army, and the capital, Tan Base. Almost 30,000 men perished in the battle, but in the end Wallia, under Field Marshal Tiere, drove back Crisky, but both sides lost a lot of soldiers. This finding will help us understand more about the era and what blunders Tsar Crisky made to lose this battle after steamrolling Tiere's army, especially since he had major victories like Concretowne, in which Crisky's army completely destroyed the city and much of Wallia's army. All the soldiers will be given a full military funeral (the bodies are so intact b/c they are plastic) should I make a history of the UCP map
