Current Employees VII. Credits Log -- I. Basic Information Welcome to Hoof Prints' official Community Barn! This is intended to help boost HS circulation within the community through hiring people to make updates with and take care of the resident horses here! This has long been in a works as one of the ways we have been working to improve the community's financial system, and we know this 'secret project' has been long anticipated by the community, too. The way this works is simple - every month, a new set of around 3-5 employees will be hired and given a select amount of horses to work with, based on the highest Training Certificate they have received via our Update Leaderboard. In return, they will get a HS reward periodically throughout the duration that they are hired depending on the amount of updates they do. During an employment period, the user may use any of the facilities available here ONLY for the horses that are living at the Community Barn that have been allocated to the user, not for their personal horses. -- II. Employment Requirements 1) Must complete at least 2 updates per week on Community Barn horses in order to receive payment. This is relatively lenient as long as you get at least 8 updates done within the month. 2) Updates must vary between brushing + riding, mucking out stalls, preparing feed, etc. Riding updates must have at least one slide of brushing. 3) All updates must be at least 5 slides long to be eligible for payment. 4) Employees are paid per update. 5-10 slides = 7HS, 11-19 slides = 10HS, 20+ slides = 15HS. 5) Updates must have appropriate credits. 6) Employees may only update on the horses they have been explicitly given. 7) You must have a minimum of 2 months between employment periods to keep everything fair. 8) All updates must be done at the Hoof Prints Community Barn - do NOT use your own backgrounds. 9) Add all Hoof Prints Community Barn updates to this studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/51848110/ 10) Max of 1 update per day - we want quality updates, so don't just spam them for the money. 11) Only one horse per update. 12) The max amount of HS you can earn in one employment period is 150HS. Remember to space out your updates as you still need to do 2 per week. -- III.
