Hey everyone. This is kind of a hard topic for me to talk about, so I have been avoiding it for a long time. But it's been long enough. Dandy's World has probably been my main inspiration and comfort game ever since it came out. Qwel was my idol and my favorite creator on Roblox as well. I was devastated when I learned about the situation. At first, I tried to side with Qwel. I thought, "Hey, maybe she didn't know what she was doing! She could still be innocent, just wrongly guided!" But as more and more evidence came out, I came to realize that I simply could not side with her any longer. What she did was disgusting, and I doubt she'll ever even acknowledge it. From now on, I am refraining from playing the game. I will probably join in on events, but mostly I'll be on other things. It's not just because of the drama, it's because I practically have everything the game has to offer, and anything else seems like an unattainable goal. I'll wait out for the next TOTW, and the halloween event. If I genuinely find merch enticing and it really calls to me, I might buy it, because the characters themselves mean a lot to me, but I do NOT want to support Qwel financially. I will continue making DW content on Scratch, as well as continuing the Crafthouse. But, I may lean into other fandoms more, like Genshin and Animal Hospital. Anyways, that's it. I hope the drama gets resolved soon.
