My main account is @TRlNlTY, priorly @GlimmeringOcean. [I also happened to make the litter template lolll, was pretty surprised to see that people actually used it haha] Sadly, my previous gens character recently passed in the MC starvation, so I've been scouting litters from which I could find a new one. Honeybee immediately caught my eye. They look so sweet, I adore their design, and I immediately wanted to apply. So.. let's get to it! ⊱┊ roleplay experience I've been roleplaying since 2022, starting off in TFC, before joining Gens and later, TSS. I've owned various high ranks; Boptumble, TFC SC advisor; Fabledwren, TFC's first SkC deputy; The Trio, two of whom are leaders of IC in TSS; Felicity, ringmaster of CGC in WitFrp; and Auburnrose in Gens, DF leader. ☆ ABOUT THE KIT ☆ ⊱┊ which kit you're applying for • Honeybeekit ⊱┊ why you want the kit • Well, I've been looking for a new gens character, and Honeybee immediately struck me. I love their design, and I couldn't wait to get writing their personality. I also think this could be a really cool family, with really lovely rpers, and of course, I would be delighted to rp in UC, which has so much interesting lore and unique mechanics. ⊱┊ why you should have the kit • Well, the primary reason I think I should have Honeybeekit, is well... ideas. I have so many ideas for Honeybee's life, how their personality and identity will change and develop, and am excited to see how their life changes based on who they interact with and the events that happen outside of my or their control. ⊱┊ kit's future identity • As you may have noticed, I have been using they/them pronouns for Honeybeekit throughout this application. That's because, I imagine Honeybee will begin to use they/them pronouns later on, identifying as non-binary, and using masculine terms (eg. brother, son). In terms of their attraction, I'm not sure what gender they'll be interested in, or if they will be interested in anyone at all, as of yet! If I end up winning Honeybeekit, this will likely be something that I will decide upon after getting used to rping them. ⊱┊ kit's simple personality • (+) cheerful, neat, venturesome (=) curious, follower, noncommital (-) nosy, impatient, cowardly ⊱┊ kit's detailed personality • Honeybee is a cheerful soul, and is a generally friendly kit, who can also be commended on their ability to keep their fur and nest tidy, along with being neat in all of the tasks they will be assigned as an apprentice. They enjoy the thrill of adventure, and discovery, wanting to find out more.. to the point it may even be somewhat detrimental to them, as they wish to learn more about other clans and even two-legs. Their curiosity about everything inspires them to ask a multitude of questions, about everyday things, and about cats around them. However, Honeybee hates, especially as a kit and young apprentice, to stray from the norm. They don't particularly want to stand out, they just want to fit in, and so they are in many ways a crowd-follower, trying to be "normal". They are also quite a non-committal cat, their adventurous spirit not wanting to be tied down by a clan or a family. This can lead them to being.. somewhat disloyal, to their clan, and making them flaky when it comes to plans, or potentially somewhat absent if they were to have kits or a mate of any kind. Their curiosity and wanderlust makes them in many ways quite a nosy felid. They want to know more about cats to a fault. If they see a cat acting strangely, or seeming to hide something, they will stop at nothing to find out what they are doing, and it will become the thing at the forefront of their mind, unable to be rid of it, or to properly focus on other things until they know what is going on. This will likely start off as a small inconvenience when they are a kit, but will blossom into an extreme flaw as they age. Honeybee may also be known for their impatience, getting easily frustrated when things take too long. They aren't good at tasks that take a significant amount of time, such as hunting or fishing, where waiting for prey or a time to strike is necessary. They'd likely prefer to fight, where there is constant action, or to gather natural sources of food, where they can wander and track where to find it, rather than crouching and waiting for prey to fall into their paws. And, of course, the cat who is most likely to walk into danger out of simple curiosity, is the most cowardly feline you'll ever meet. { Continued in Notes and Credits }
{ Started in Instructions } Honeybee may stroll confidently directly into harms way, in pursuit of knowledge they don't particularly need, but as soon as they realise the danger they are in, they will hide, run, retreat with perhaps more energy than they tried to discover the information that led them there (which is saying a lot). They fear many things, commitment, bugs (ironically, with their name), confrontation, high-ranking cats, and will likely hide from, run or cower in the presence of those things. While they are not selfish, their nature is to escape, and in escaping, for example, from a predator, they may leave loved ones behind, so consumed are they by fear. ⊱┊research n/a ☆ OTHER ☆ ⊱┊ codeword Honeybee was seated by the river, eyes fixed on the water. They were meant to catch fish... despite their hatred for the task. They supposed they should wait, it was getting late, and finding something else to occupy themself wasn't particularly efficient. But, they were getting impatient, shifting their paws and frowning at the water. They had to wait for some "perfect moment", but it was all just taking too long. ⊱┊ family dynamics • • Marlinmassacre • I see Marlin and Honeybee clashing quite a bit. Honeybee strives to adventure, find out more about the world, while Marlin is a helicopter parent, not letting them out of her sight. Honey will likely be frustrated with Marlin quite a bit throughout their childhood, finding her to be overbearing, and not wanting to live up to her expectations of them. However, they will also look to Marlin quite often as a source of guidance, asking her as many questions as they can to learn more about this and that. Marlin's answers will likely shape a lot of how Honeybee views the clan and the wider world. As they grow older, however, they likely will rebel against Marlin's overprotectiveness, and will purposefully leave camp without telling her, or trespass onto other territories, knowing it will frustrate her. They will push boundaries often, though, deep down, they are grateful for her, knowing they always have a cat who cares for them and who they can fall back on if they need support. • Siblings • Honeybee will be cordial to their siblings, and will enjoy reporting their gossip to them, however, they will likely never allow themself to get too close to them. They see any sort of familial connection as an almost... weakness, tying a cat to a place or a person, so that they aren't free to explore or to live the life they want to live. However, this could be a flexible rule; if one of Honeybee's siblings is particularly outgoing, and shares in Bee's wandering nature, then perhaps they will allow themself to grow close to that cat. ⊱┊trivia tba ☆ CONCLUSION☆ Thank you so so much for the chance to apply for this little kitty, I am so excited about their personality, and wish everyone who applies the very best of luck! ☆ CREDITS☆ ⊱┊ art & design • @-BLUE_M00N- ⊱┊ litter host • @_-Lillies-_
