Okay, so I genuinely am so obsessed with Warriors now, and I genuinely need to yap it all out since I can't stop thinking about it. I'm getting these two newer books in the ninth arc. Haven't read them, but this is all I know for now (SPOILERS AHEAD): So its basically with an apprentice and her deceased sister who died (moonpaw, and then Morningkit which is her sister who passed) when she was a kit. She literally refused to go to Starclan and decided to stay a part of her sisters mind. Bramblestar literally tried to force her into Starclan but then she tricked him. Her sister brushes it off as a kit saying its an imaginary friend but then Morningkit starts begging for attention, and tells her to do violent things and doesn't want her to have friends or relationships. She ends up leaving her clan because she doesn't want to inflict pain on her clanmates. Theres also this other one with a cat named Ashfur and another named Squirrelflight, Ashfur confessed his feelings to squirrelflight and she rejected him, saying she was interested in someone else and just wanted to be friends. Ashfur got mad and decided to later on attempt to murder her kits, and do other things. Crazy, right? Damn I genuinely read some of the second arc and thought they were great friends Holy geekout bro If you people don't know warrior cats, then here's some of the stuff you might not understand : Moons: A month. Apprentice: Six moon old cat currently training to become a warrior. Their suffix is paw. (Example: Moonpaw) Kit: Cat under six moons who still stays under watch of their mother. Their suffix is kit. (Example: Morningkit) Warrior: A cat who has completed their apprentice training and can actually mentor an apprentice. Their suffix can be anything the leader thinks fits them. (Example: Squirrelflight, Ashfur.) Leaders suffixes end with Star. Starclan: Cat heaven, where the cats believe their ancestors watch over them.
MORE SPOILERS: Honestly, I feel like Quiet Rain was right for yelling at Clear Sky in dawn of the clans. I've only read the fifth book, and maybe someone could tell me what Clear sky did. I know he killed a cat and did battles over territory (I think) but I don't know much else. Honestly I think he's stupid for being mates with Star Flower. Shes literally the daughter of One eye and abandoned Thunder. Clear sky is a mouse brain for thinking spirit cats told him to unite. Not really fully sure if that's what they actually told him, but they said to grow like the Blazing Star. I feel like all cats in one clan would have pros AND cons. But mostly cons.
