Just a timer for breathing. Menu tutorial: B[number] for how long the breathing time lasts. Default is B1.5, that means if holding time is 30 seconds, the breathing time will be 45 seconds. L[number] for manually selecting the level. Default is L1 G[number] for selecting how much the level increases per holding time.
