Say It Straight ⎯ Wilbran pr̲e̲v̲ie̲w : second and last paragraph of 'Prologue ⎯ Wilson' I'll say it again, I love Arizona and my life here. But it'll never be the same as Texas. Mostly because, well, Brando's not here. I haven't seen my literal /best friend/ for an entire year. I never stopped thinking about him, ever. I felt—/feel/ so bad for leaving him on such short notice. I remember every detail of the last two days with Bran. And I never stopped feeling guilty about it. — I stop at the same post office this morning to mail the postcard. The section was gone. Lucky I got the postcard before it disappeared, I guess. I put the postcard down the ‘outgoing mail’ chute and wait until I hear the soft sound of the paper hitting the pile of letters. I better not mess this up.
