Pictured: @the-book-worm @flowercat4444 & me (not pictured @Drawing_fun) We met a decade ago online and now are sitting in the same room. For my formulative years, scratch was my home, and Dren Bookie and Cat were my family. It's crazy to look back and really just take in how much this place nurtured me. At one point I thought I needed to move on from scratch, and thought I should cut everyone off. This was one of the worst mistakes of my life. This is the only thing in my life I would change if I could travel back in time. It would just be to try to get a little more time with this family that made my childhood. It's easy to run from the past, it's much harder to accept that it happened and how it existed in your memory is gone. But you CAN still adapt and find ways to stay connected to your loved ones even as you grow and your life changes. And now here we are a decade later, sitting on the same floor, reminiscing on the great times of scratch's golden age. (Minus Dren- miss you!). It wasn't about the website, it was about the 4 lost kids who happened to find each other and help each other through this insane ride of life. I love y'all. Remember kids, we are a unique case. We are all adults. Do not reveal personal information about yourself online.
