New enemy for PN! (Bomber Bill: This Bullet Bill will target you as soon you get near it. It will then explode on impact when touching the player. It will stop targeting you if get very far away. It can move in 3 directions. This Bullet Bill can be used as a sort of Pow-Block because it can break bricks) I got inspired by Infinite Bits video called: Everything Creepy Nintendo Removed in Mario Games (and Why) because there was a myth where the Bullet Bill has a grin and i thought it could translate very well into a enemy! (also if you need to update the design just say it to me. If it's behavior is very annoying you could put it in SPECIAL stages)
