submit and add your cities 20(+2)/150 spots taken if your city gets like 2.48 do not blame me you probably made it horrible on purpose (or some idiot rated all of them a 0) also well idc just use real cities but make it diff also make sure you include your capitals (mark it with a star just like kologne) max spots you're allowed to take: 10 (when nobody submits or not enough i'll expand it) max reservations: 3 per reservation then you have to wait (unless if owner is reserving too) reservations: erza (2 spots)
