It didn't last long... +Snow doesn't know this, but Water-pack doesn't do the one mentor to trainee system. Instead, they have "classes," where one or two mentors will teach a class with multiple trainees of the same craft. +Sun-pack as some other differences as well. Leaf-pack CAN mentor their kin, while Sun-pack cannot. Some Sun-pack members are trained to tunnel, creating secret pathways throughout the territory. This is their main defense against a threat. +Due to Sun-pack's smaller size, sometimes one mentor will train TWO trainees. ~~Information on Final Tests~~ A mongoose's "final assessment" is now called their "final test," where they must put their learned skills to use. >LEAF-PACK A Leaf-pack mongoose's final test is usually a scheduled event that the pack attends. Due to mongoose pups being born at the same time, a lot of trainees graduate at the same time. Therefore, any mongooses graduating at the same time will participate in their tests at the same time. The tests may vary, but they're usually friendly-competitive in nature. Here are the usual tests: +First test: Each mongoose must battle train with each other to see who wins. +Second test: Each mongoose must catch a certain number of prey as fast as they can. +Third and final test: Each mongoose must work together to defeat their leader and/or mentors in a mock-battle. Who graduates and who needs extra training is NOT based who wins or who loses. It's determined by their mentors and by the leaders whether they need extra training or not. >SUN-PACK Each mentor must train their trainees, going over every skill they've taught them. This is more of an individual test than a big event like in Leaf-pack, but the leader will also watch the test. If the mongooses were trained to be tunnelers, they must dig a new tunnel that can be used by all. >WATER-PACK Like Leaf-pack, it is a scheduled event when a mongoose graduates. But sometimes, there's only one or two pups graduating at once. Competition isn't the main focus of these events-- rather, the focus is more on individual skill. A group will be made for each craft if necessary and if there's enough graduates. Then, each mongoose will take turns with each assessment. +Fisherfolk Test 1: A mongoose will have to catch a specified amount of prey. Test 2: The mongoose will have to name their catches, and where they're most commonly found in the territory. Test 3: The Fisherfolk must prove their swimming skills by swimming across the entirety of Stony Stream through the territory. +Guards Test 1: A mongoose must battle train against their mentor. Test 2: A Mongoose mut battle train against their leader. Test 3: They too must must prove their swimming skills by swimming across the entirety of Stony Stream through the territory.
