This was fine. Just keep calm.... That's what she kept telling herself anyway. "What are you holding?" Mirabella Harker had never been a good liar. She knew that very well. Rosie would detect any lies she tried to say. Rosie on the other hand was very, very good at lying and most of the time Mira could never tell if she was being truthful or not. "Nothing..." Mira watched as Rosie tried to shove the letter back in the envelope failing spectacularly. It was honestly kind of impressive how such a good liar was failing so badly at answering such a simple question. “What are you doing Rosie?” Mira folded her arms, glaring at her. Rosie had never been that intimidated by her unfortunately. “Nothing!” She tried again to stuff the letter into the envelope to no avail. "Give me my letter, Rosie-" "I didn't touch it-" She said, quite obviously touching it. "Rosie -" Rosie rolled her eyes, reluctantly handing it over as she pouted slightly. Mira held the ruined envelope in her hands, trying to hide the way they shook and the panic coursing through her veins. She held it a little tighter, pausing for a moment before she bolted out of the room, making sure she didn’t drop it on the way there. Only when Rosie was out of her sight, did she let her guard down and her true emotions show. No- Nononono- This was not good; It was the furthest from good that she could imagine. She'd been hoping that the Ringmaster would forget about it. That she could just move on with her life without this ever coming back to haunt her. But she should've known better. The ringmaster never forgets...
