Helpia officially declares independence from Madrid. The helpi people are sick of the new Madridian state, and officially declare independence. Officials walk into Fartensburg and declare a new free nation. The UDFR is revived again, and their ideology is still Fascism. All of the Madridian officials were expelled, and the civilians were kept. The UDFR claimed all of the Helpian planet, but there is a dispute in the Americans, especially Chicago/Fartensburg.
