My attempt at recreating the Windows 11 throbber. It is not very accurate. You may ask why I did this. I've been installing Windows 11 VMs all day, and I've also been staring at this stupid throbber all day, and I had a random urge to make it in Scratch. The way the throbber is rendered is inspired by the Material Design 3 Throbber, or the Indeterminate Progress Indicator.
