welcome to the Traffic Lights (simulator); it is a game where you set up your traffic light, read what it says at the top of the screen, or read this: 1. drag the traffic light onto the outlet, then you should no longer be able to move it. 2. plug in the helper device to make the lights know what todo, they just end up flashing red, so just drag it over onto the traffic light, the lights should start doing it's cycle.
