hey, im yochu or stanley. he/him. as of August i will have been here for a year. im 15. pst timezone, though i stay up until 3 am daily. managing a chat studio? not really. I've managed role plays a lot though. the reason i want to become manager is that i do believe a lot more can be done in terms of management, protecting kids, and offering proper support to people who are struggling that ask for it. it would involve a lot of preventing rule breaks, interacting with the community, and things of that ilk. i’d be a good manager because im quite responsible, and im able to take a leadership role quite easily. i may not interact in community jokes often but im not alien to them, and i might be recognizable to them i would have weaknesses in the way of how i can get grounded for months at a time, so that’s a risk during summertime and breaks. i also have rock bottom self esteem and tend to be extremely negative at night. in terms of improving the studio, we could try and label those who are intentionally hurtful as trolls, or answer sunshine requests that aren’t just our friends. 9/10 activity. if im not chatting im either asleep or comment stalking
