There are some rules: 1. do not be rude to other people, the number 1 thing scratch doesn't want you to do 2. do not use ai, that's basically cheating 3. as I said in the project, it can be any animation, but keep it appropriate, if your animation contains anything that goes against the scratch's community guidelines i'll have to decline it from the contest.
