A tier list of character's strength levels! (At least in comparison to my universe hehe) This only includes characters I fully drew (some had ideas given by other people, but all of these I drew without said people drawing them beforehand) AND, there is instructions inside the project for how you could change this to a tier list of your own characters! :D
