Before I start, I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for the 3 front pages, thank you for all your support, and thank you for 500 followers. Whenever I see a new person follow me, it amazes me just HOW far I've gotten. Anyways, I've already talked a lot, so here we go with My Scratch Story. ------3 Years Ago------ I was being bullied in regular school, so my mom pulled me out and I started homeschooling. She signed me up for some classes at a little non-school school (I can't think of a better description xD). One of those classes was called something like "Introduction to Scratch". Up until that point, I loved games like Mario and Legend of Zelda, so it sounded pretty cool. After some reluctancy, I enrolled in the class. My teacher told me to create an account, so I did. For some reason, I thought @wazupbro13 was a cool name. Then, I made a game that was absolutely, undeinably, going to become the MOST FAMOUS PROJECT EVER..."Tom hates unicorns". The game consisted of clicking on unicorns, on which they would explode into bits. It didn't become famous at all. I would link the project, but I unshared and deleted it a few months later. I began watching @WazzoTV and was inspired, and tried making an animation of my own. It was pretty much a copy of the one he made with the fast food place xD I tried experementing with different ideas, such as platforming, but they weren't very good. I decided to delete all my projects and start over NEW...as an animator. ------A Fresh Start, Pt. 1------ After deleting all my projects, I made an animation called "JUSTIN BEIBER IS A WHAT??!?!?!?!?!?". It is actually still shared today, so go watch it at https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/18761047/ . Now, it isn't surprising that it didn't do very well. I made a couple of other junky projects, and decided finally that I didn't like my account all that much anymore. So I decided to start over...again. ------A Fresh Start, Pt. 2------ Again, I tried to make a $wag name but failed. I named my new account...@Skatingcat . Back then I was addicted to My Little Pony, so my first project was "The MLP Quiz". Play it at . It was an OK game compared to my other projects. After this, I was kinda done with Scratch. I was losing motivation. I didn't have much inspiration. So I stopped... ------The Start Of CG101------ 2 years later, I was sitting on my couch. I was pretty bored. I was thinking about that old thing called Scratch that I used to do. So I booted up my laptop and created a new account called "CrazyGamer101". And what was my first project? A Cookie Clicker remake. It was a pretty good remake, if I say so myself. It got a little attention, and I was surprised when I woke up and had 2 messages, a love and a favorite. After that, I tried giving animating another chance. I had recently become a Scratcher, and decided to make an animation based on that. The end result was "I'm A Scratcher!" I got a bunch of messages in just one day, and I was freaking out. Then, I got my first follower! I was so exited that, the next day, I made another animation called "Strawberry Milkshake" , which, I must say, one of my personal favorites xD It didn't do as well as my last animation, but I didn't really care. For a while, I began to mass produce animations. Anyways, let's skip ahead to... ------The Woods------ It was the age of Storymodes, with games such as "Scratching Dawn" by and "Scratch: Story Mode" by AKA . I really love Choose-your-own-adventures and had been planning to do one, and this pushed me to making "The Woods". It took me about 1 month to make, and I think it turned out pretty good. It got noticed very quickly, and a day or two later, I was part of The Storymode Team. I was happy, but a month later, it got deleted. ------Present------ Now I have reached 500+ followers, and continue to make games. To be completely honest, I think The Storymode Team getting deleted was both good and bad. I am now experementing with multiple genres instead of just Storymodes. Anyways, thank you all so much, it was really fun writing this. If you read all of this, thank you for being a part of my journey!
