Play in fullscreen. You are the blue car. Steer with arrow keys, and try not to hit the tornado. Also avoid being hit with logs. Sometimes logs will fly over your head, other times they will hit you. Try to not run into logs, sometimes you will be killed as a result of the crash.
I got the idea from looking at the cover of a national geographic magazine. Teglene helped program the tornado.
