i'm veronika! i use she/they pronouns and i love danganronpa despair time and alien stage! i have been in the studio for almost 8 months on @hasemura. i am in the est (eastern standard timezone). i am 13 years old and going into 8th grade this september! i have a lot of managing experience and experience in similar roles. i currently manage shooting star society, and i am the main host of scratch city. i also used to host and moderate servers on an offsite i cannot say on here. i also babysit, if that counts. i would like to manage dbd because i want to help the studio become a better place. dbd is not just a studio, it's a community. i want dbd to feel welcoming to everyone and to transform dbd into a safe space. as someone with managing experience, i know that it isn't easy. you have to handle situations calmly, enforce rules, make people feel welcome, and just make the studio fun in general. i would make a good manager because i have experience. i know what being a manager entails. also, i am 13, meaning i can manage the studio for the next 5 years. i think this could be beneficial because even though i'm young, i can manage dbd for a longer time than someone older than me. (i plan to quit scratch when i turn 18.) i think some downsides are that i struggle with my mental health. also, i am young, so i am not educated on many world topics. i have also been told that i tend to minimod. nobody is perfect, and i think that recognizing your weaknesses is an admirable trait. i think the main thing for improving the studio would be to make it feel more welcoming. i've seen dbders complain about dbd being cliquey. i think this can be solved if people can interact with others more than their close friends. my availability is a 7/10. i am active on scratch, and i have offsites i can be contacted on. my activity is a 6/10. i can be more active if you would want.
thank you for considering me for manager.
