Hello !! I'm Sage (preferred) but i go by Azure and Aspen too, I'm 14 years old and she/they. I'm in the BST / GMT timezone, and I've been on DBD since around October/November. I have been a manager for a few chat studios during my time in the Aesthetic Community, a moderator for some smaller offsite communities and was the host of a shop. I want to become a manager as DBD is genuinely such a great place with so many amazing people I have met, and I would love to contribute back to the community and help keep it safe for everyone. I think being a manager would involve patience when dealing with rule breaks, while also being able to come up with solutions that would benefit all parties involved when a problem arises. I think I would make a good manager due to being quite active and working well under pressure. I also try to stay respectful and understanding in arguments and debates with others. Some weaknesses and downsides I think I would have as a manager would be that I tend to worry about saying wrong things and therefore refrain from sharing my opinions on some topics. I am working on this, however ^^ Some ideas I have for improving the studio would be hosting events and games regularly that would help the studio get to know each other more! Another idea for the studio I have is to have a place for introductions, like a studio or project, where DBDers can share things about themselves and find others with similar interests as them :] Usually my activity would be around 9/10 in weekends and holidays, and an 8/10 on school days !!
