1) hello, I'm yoko. I've been a member of different by design for 7 months now!! I am in the EST timezone. My age range is 12-16. I am not at any risk of being banned. 2) yes, I do have some experience. On scratch, I have been a manager for few small studios. I have also moderated several offsite servers. Though, none of the servers/studios had a very large amount of people. 3) I want to be a manager for dbd because I genuinely have grown to love and care for the community and the people that inhabit it, so I want to be able to make their experience better. Along with that, I also think I have the correct qualities for the role. 4) being a manager would probably include dealing with drama, being able to handle big groups of people, communicating well with other managers, encouraging positivity, working well under stress, helping people with their struggles, enforcing rules and much more. 5) i think I would make a good manager because of my well communication skills and responsibility. Even during arguments, i remain respectful and calm. I hardly ever lash out. I am good at understanding the mood of a conversation. I'm quite friendly, but can be serious if needed. I am great at taking care of others since I have to look after my younger siblings often. I know and understand the rules. Overall, I have good traits that will guarantee a good manager. 6) I care deeply about how people perceive me, which sometimes leads me to keep quiet about my thoughts or suggestions. I am working on fixing this problem. I do think that is my only big weakness. 7) I don't have many ideas but I'd love to incorporate other peoples suggestions. As well as making more fun interactive projects, and/or games so everyone can stay connected. 8) currently, my activity is 8/10 but once school starts again, I'll be less active--Around 6.5/10.
