Participants may enter individually (or in teams if allowed by the organizers). 2. Platform All projects must be created using Scratch. Projects must be submitted as a Scratch project (.sb3) or shared using a Scratch project link. 3. Original Work All code, sprites, and designs should be the participant's own work. Using Scratch's built-in blocks is encouraged. If you use assets (music, images, or sounds) made by someone else, you must give proper credit. 4. Competition Theme Projects must match the competition theme provided by the organizers. Projects that do not follow the theme may lose points or be disqualified. 5. Time Limit All projects must be completed and submitted before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted unless approved by the organizers. 6. Appropriate Content Projects must be suitable for all ages. No offensive, violent, hateful, or inappropriate content is allowed. 7. Judging Criteria Projects will be judged on: Creativity (25%) Coding Skills (25%) Functionality (20%) Design and User Experience (15%) Originality (15%) 8. Presentation Participants may be asked to present their project. Each presentation should be no longer than 3–5 minutes. 9. Fair Play Cheating, plagiarism, or copying another person's project is prohibited. Any participant found cheating will be disqualified. 10. Technical Requirements Projects should run without errors. Include clear instructions on how to play or use the project. Test the project before submission. 11. Submission Requirements Participants must submit: Project title Participant name(s) Scratch project file or Scratch project link Short project description (50–100 words) 12. Judges' Decision The judges' decisions are final. No appeals will be accepted after the winners are announced. Tips for Participants Keep your code organized.
