• hiya my name is noah, i've been a member of the studio since its creation, ever since gwdfi shut down and we all migrated there (also an ex-gwdfier for a couple years). im in the EST timezone and im 16 yrs old. i love art and music a lot • in general, dont really have much experience managing chatrooms, but i did manage a few currently dead studios, plus i did have a major-ish role in a roleplay years ago. in real life im a part of my school's french honors society • i want to become a manager because its a new experience for me and it pushes me out of my own comfort zone. i also want to help be a part of dbd's journey and growth. i think it'd be cool to have a respectable position in dbd as ive always been less outgoing compared to others. • being a manager would likely involve lots of dedication of time and attention to the studio. dealing with people who break rules and cause drama would naturally be a part of this role. aside from interacting with the curators, it also would strengthen my relationship with the other managers to work together to help the studio improve. • i think i'd be a good manager because im good at listening and understanding both sides of a conflict and offering advice to different people. ive given lots of advice to many different people on scratch before which i believe ended up help resolve conflicts with others or themselves. • some downsides/weaknesses i might have as a manager is that i may not be able to get online in time to stop drama or deal with a situation. i may be pretty busy over school but i will try my best to be flexible. i also find myself procrastinating a lot, which is something im working on. i dont enjoy confrontation and if i ever do it can be read as rude or harsh • i think that, in order to encourage more replies to positivity wheels, there should be some sort of reward to those that give it out. maybe a spot in the desc where it says "top positivity donor: @ username" or something. i'd also like to bring back studio wide events, as ive seen it lacking recently. i remember when the whole studio would participate in a game or competition done by the host, encouraging more people to join, which was very fun. of course, not everyone would like to see the studio flooded with game theme-related comments, so events like these wouldn't happen too often. • im pretty available most of the time, especially in the afternoon, though with next school year coming up that might change. right now i'd say around 7/10 but it fluctuates image found offsite of my beloved chito and yuuri from girls' last tour
