his name is bounded he's a mirror fighter that came out when eggman's ufo slightly malfunctioned when copying sonic. i call him bounded cuz he can do the boundless face hole thing i thought it'd be a cool ability if he could just send things to a pocket dimension with his face hole mostly he impersonates sonic the hedgehog, mostly for kids birthday parties but for anything really he has to paint himself to look like sonic he likes creepy stuff, hence the RUNAWAY 2011x shirt his red ring bracelets hold some level of power the reason i put the (?) after oc is because i don't really feel like his design's that original but that's kinda the point as he is basically a monochrome copy of sonic at heart so i'll keep it that way. for now.
