An OTA is basically a contest where you offer things in exchange for a character! For example, in this OTA, if someone likes the character Reef, they might offer some art to get him. A rotating OTA is the same thing, except that new characters get added eventually. Rules • Quality > Quantity • No guilt-tripping • All art must be yours! No art that is traced, stolen, copied, *heavily* referenced, etc. is aloud. • I have the right to deny your request (or cancel it if it is not finished by the date we agreed on.) • Codeword is your favorite color hidden in a sentence.
