Post-timeskip (PTS) Goober. **Goober level intensifies** I finally made some arms. Has: A scar from being stabbed by the ichor-construct A few skewers/shivs on a belt on his arm A shoulder plate. A leather/metal gauntlet. A bunch of new swords. The more I think about it, the more Goober seems like a Heavenly Restriction from JJK. Not much in the way of special abilities, but super physically powerful.
