Nothing more. 38: A hexagon like 19, and likes Roulette. 46: Be similar to Mr.DNA since humans have 46 chromosomes 49: 49ers. Miners 52: A Magician with cards, since there are 52 cards in total 54: this number should reference the theme song to "Car 54, Where Are You?" 55: The speed on Highways in America are 55 mph, so it would make sense that it would reference tRoad Sign Band 66: Lil' Devil 68 + 86: Nix from the menu, and Put it back on the menu. Concept similar to Virginia and West Virginia 91: Obligatory reference to Ryan's 91 95: Windows 95
