Herlow is a planet in the neglectship almost totally different from the green oc grass thing- it is a dying planet with a few years left filled with giant sinkholes. Inside of the sinkholes resides the herlownian centipedes, a race that eats other herlownian centipedes.. they’re violent and territorial, especially towards the strange hybrid ones, centi-mates. A weird experiment by the scientists who reside within the grand machine of herlow. The grand machine’s function is to maintain the gravity of the planet to prevent it from kabooming, and was built to withstand nearly anything. It is NOT an ai, but does have some small ai helpers similar to ship ais. Every crewmate on herlow lives in, on, or around the grand machine as anywhere else would risk losing their lives to a sinkhole. Many residents explore the caves and chasms, unfortunately only a quarter of those who go in come out alive every year. Herlow’s grass is purple because I thought it would be funny lol the soils also kinda purple but much darker. Notable people - Burr: Head of the grand machine operation. - Drew: Head of the augmentmate science operation. - Jimmy: Both largest and oldest centipede on the planet. Many clans outside of the grand machine and focus on their own values, but do not fight as much as they used to because they’re worried about survival more than anything ever since the sinkholes started forming every week.
