I submitted my initial appeal immediately when the block occurred on June 11th. Following that, between June 12th and June 22nd, I also submitted additional screenshots showing the block screen as requested for evidence. Since today is already July 15th and it has been over a month without any feedback or updates, I am reaching out again via this contact form to ensure my case is reviewed. This prolonged delay is deeply impacting my ability to continue learning and creating on the Scratch platform. To remind you of the original issue as stated in my first appeal: My account was automatically blocked by the system within just 9 minutes after the initial warnings. Due to the significant time zone difference (11-12 hours) between my location in Vietnam and the MIT time zone, these warnings and the subsequent block occurred while I was asleep and completely offline. Therefore, I did not have any opportunity to see the notifications or remove the project in question (titled "tài khoản tiktok") to comply with the rules. I apologize once again for sharing the social media link, as I was not fully aware that this violated the Community Guidelines. I promise to delete the project immediately once my account is restored and will ensure that I strictly follow the rules from now on. Given that I have strictly followed the appeal process since mid-June, I kindly and urgently request that a moderator reviews my case and helps me restore my account as soon as possible.
