"Project Trident" is a program in the Cobalt Pact, manned by the Bastion Fed. and G.S.S, designed to assist the Duchy of Maros and Commonwealth of Kefeon recover from their losses in the ongoing Second Aurelian War. It is named for its three-pronged relief strategy, each covering a different aspect. 1 - Assistance Both the Bastion Fed. and G.S.S will begin to send Kefeon and Maros economic support, supplies, and any intelligence they pick up. This part is designed mainly to massively cut down on casualties especially as the supply package includes highly advanced armor with resistance to kinetic weapons as well as a nanotech that can assist with wound closure. Only if things get worse will the two begin to consider an espionage operation against Termina, but that is quite far down the line... 2 - Restoration As of now, the Kefeon and Marosian governmets are in a state of terrible reputation. This part of the project is designed to help restore their image and reconnect the people to their governmenrs by sending funds that Maros and Kefeon can then use on infrastructure projects and other quality of life improvements. If these funds are used correctly this could restore trust in the Kefeon and Marosian governments and put them on a brighter path... 3 - Treaties As of now, Aurelia's terms for a peace treaty are incredibly demanding on Kefeon and especially Maros. This part of the project hopes to dampen the blow to them in said treaty. The plan is to use diplomatic tactics to make Aurelia look unreasonable and create pressure on them to lower their peace terms. We will also keep the Hegemony of Kragg distracted by their competition with the G.S.S in order to keep them out of any peace deals, as they could make things significantly more challenging...
