The pact's sole goal is to prevent the rise of an intergalactic police force that masquerades as a defensive organization. The nations invited are: Voida HEW Solar Fed. Hives of Qu Blacksmiths Gamia All members have an obligation to assist those under attack in any way they can. Additionally, they are encouraged to do whatever they can to hinder the enemies of the pact.
