I awoke, confused as to what had just transpired. My shell was bound with lifeblood-soaked cloth. I stumbled around and fell off wherever I was. "You're awake!" Glow said. I cocked my head. "We all underwent a sort of lifeblood sugar crash after the whole...cooking...incident... 2.0." "BUT NOW WE'RE GOING ON A VACATION!!!!!" Fen screamed. I glared at him. So did everyone. (They were also in the room) "Yes... we are going on vacation. But we need to pack, first." Laesa added. Afoloaf packed light, only bringing a stuffed toy of a beetle. Laesa packed not so light. Her backpack sagged under the weight. "How many books did you put in there??" Fen asked. "Five." "Let me see." Laesa opened her bag to reveal...five giant hardcover volumes, and a bunch of other stuff. "Five?!" "Pamphlets, booklets, manuals, and all the others DO NOT COUNT AS BOOKS!!!" I sighed and went upstairs to where Glow was packing. "You excited for the vacation?" I nodded. "I think we all need it after that." I began to pack up the three bags I had.
