The clouds will look better in TurboWarp with high quality pen enabled, but they still look fine on Scratch. Mess with the values at the top of the screen. They only apply for new clouds. Move your mouse to the top to see them. More transparency makes the clouds wispier, less makes them fuller. Size will also make them, though in a different way, fuller. Variables saying "Vary" at the end just means how much it changes between each cloud.
