Furze and the healer cat - who's name is Ringo - are usually hanging out in a den made from big stone blocks on wheels. Ringo's been teaching me and Sizzle how to hunt, and it's helping a lot! However. Yesterday, I saw Ringo give Furze some herbs. That part is normal; Furze tells me that it keeps them from smelling "how they used to smell" or something. But when Furze brought up my dad, Ringo froze. She seemed like she was shocked, spooked even. I told her my dad's and Papa's names, and for the first time I saw her, her eyes seemed to light up. She told me that her brother is my papa! She told us that once she got through unfinished business, she'd help us get back to the city - she knew exactly which city we needed to go to. Papa told me some stories about his sister, like a scar on her cheek, and deep blue eyes, but he didn't tell me about her huge ear scar. I asked her about it, and she completely dodged the question. But now I'm curious! Sizzle says that she probably fought a human, because a year ago, my dad and papa went on a long trip and got picked up by humans. Humans have such blocky paws though, so it has to be something else!
