This proposal is my proposal: 1. Finland and the Baltics become independent when it comes to implementing policies and starting wars. 2. Finland, Poland and the Baltics agree to help out every member in the Comintern militarily and economically 3. Poland gets independence from Germany. 4. The part of Finland close to the soviet city of Leningrad becomes part of the soviet union, in return they get northern territory.
