{lifes too short} Life's too short, so... Go to that party. Post that photo. Wear that outfit. Cut your hair. Dye your hair. Buy the flowers. Take the picture. Start the hobby. Read that book. Watch the sunrise. Watch the sunset. Dance in the rain. Sing in the car. Stay out a little longer. Take the scenic route. Learn the instrument. Bake the cake. Make the playlist. Start the journal. Wear the fancy clothes. Order the dessert. Buy the concert tickets. Go on that trip. Visit that café. Ask the question. Send the text. Call your grandparents. Hug your friends. Tell them you love them. Forgive yourself. Say sorry. Say yes. Say no. Laugh too loud. Cry if you need to. Be a little cringe. Make the first move. Chase the dream. Take the risk. Celebrate the little things. What I'm trying to say is... Stop waiting for the "right" time. There will always be another reason to wait. You'll want to lose a little weight first. You'll want more money, more confidence, more time. You'll tell yourself you'll do it next week, next month, next year. But life doesn't stop while you're waiting for everything to be perfect. One day, you'll look back on this version of yourself and realize you were enough all along. Nobody remembers every awkward thing they've ever done, but they remember the nights they laughed until their stomach hurt. They remember the concerts they almost skipped. The people they almost never talked to. The sunsets they almost didn't stop to watch. Embarrassment lasts a few minutes. Regret can last years. So wear the outfit. Post the photo. Send the text. Tell someone you're proud of them. Tell someone you miss them. Take the trip if you can. Celebrate the little wins. Let yourself be seen. Let yourself be happy. Because one day, this will all just be memories. And I hope yours are filled with moments where you chose to live instead of moments where you let fear make the decision for you, not anybody else.
