Meet the semi-fleshed-out version of my OC, Captain New York Tri-State Area. Armed with the shield of Captain America (with a Patrick star in the middle) and wearing clothes appropriate of certain Americans hanging out under the sea, this guy, as the title suggest, will prolly not be accepted, but still.
