rules: plz do not take existing countries and take empty land and only take a single area. and don't turn everything into bitmap and just fill in your country. that's lazy. instead, trace out your country in vector mode and also give your country a flag. v1 land DOES have a flag. it's just plain blue. only add rules if you know what you're doing.
