Idk who did Azure’s voice but I wanna give him a kiss/j. HE SOUNDS SO COOL!!! Ok so Two Time’s real name is Thomas??? They kinda look like one ngl :/ (not anymore it git retconned lol) Again, srry for the randomness, here *throws a sketch of Skylar and some expanded on lore at you like a brick* ————————————————————————— For those who remember, I mentioned in my dump (the first project I ever made on here for those who don’t) that Skylar knew Azure and Two Time for a bit. With all of this new cannon info, I thought now I can finally expand on that some more yayyy :DD Anything in parenthesis is my thoughts and personal additions btw :) Skylar found out about the Spawn cult through some research and decided to try and get some inside information since there was very little to be found. (Note: I just read up on some of the new lore and apparently Investigative Iris was researching it too? For this to line up, I’ll say Skylar knew Iris and heard about it from her, but didn’t know she was also studying them around the same time.) Somehow, she found the village and managed to convince them that she was interested enough to join. (Note: Since they seem to get new names when joining, I think they called her Songbird :D) While there, she met Two Time and they both got to talking. She would ask questions, they’d enthusiastically answer, and she’d write it down. The conversations would go on for hours, and Skylar eventually grew to consider them a friend even with her mission. (Note: I say SHE considered them a friend first because I know Azure was cannonically their first friend and I don’t want to mess cannon up. Two Time saw her as more of a learning student before Azure.) Once Azure joined, the three became like that one friend group that never leaves each other alone for long and doesn’t go near many others. She could tell that they felt stronger about each other, though, so she’d let them have their alone time :). Azure treated Skylar more like a friend first, then eventually Two Time returned her friendship that she felt towards them as they opened up more. Skylar could tell that Azure had his doubts about the “religion” as well so one night she opened up about her true reasons for being there. He promised to keep the secret and they would sometimes talk privately about things to add to her journal. When Azure found the bodies that the village was consuming, after trying (and failing) to warn Two Time, he told Skylar. That night, she snuck into the building mentioned and found everything. With no way to take photo evidence as her camera she brought originally was confiscated, she tried to write down a list of everything that was inside. Amarah came in while she was working. Having already had suspicions about her and Azure, this at least confirmed the ones about Skylar. He went to attack as she turned around and the [pointy stick] found its’ way into her eye. She fought back and managed to get away, bolting off into the woods in a panic. Skylar was forced to cut ties with her friends and didn’t mess with the “religion” ever again. From then on, the Songbird was called a heretic. ————————————————————————— Thankfully, she got to see Two Time again in the Forsaken realm, and after a LOTTTT of convincing and explaining, they see her as a friend again. I think the main way she did was by saying AMARAH said she was a heretic first, NOT the Spawn, who at this point they believed to be real even though the one they saw was the Spectre.
